Returns & Exchanges   Minimize
  1. All claims MUST be made within 7 business working days of receipt of order. If items are returned without their original packaging, significantly late, smelling or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Depending on the above circumstances we may charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase after the admin fee (see point 3).
  2. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 7 business working days after your package arrives. We will be happy to replace the item accordingly or refund the price.
  3. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management. There is a minimum admin fee of £1.50.
  4. Refunds will be credited against the card used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid.
  5. If after placing an order with us you decide that you wish to cancel it, please e-mail us immediately.
  6. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods for refund except where the goods are faulty and are being returned for an exchange.
  7. All postage is non refundable.
